TECC was founded in 2005 by Russell & Lindsey Miller following three years running the cheer program at NEG in Oak Hill, 4 years at Cheer Station, Inc. in North Austin, and 4 years with NCA. The Millers are each former University of Texas Cheerleaders, Cheer Athletics Wildcats and Billy Ryan High School Raiders; having been stunt partners since High School.

The Millers were joined by a close friend, former teammate & co-worker, Justin Baker, in 2007. Aside from being a valued part of our family, Justin also acts as a class instructor, team coach and hip-hop team choreographer. Another close friend, Trey Perryman joined our staff in 2012 and acts as a class instructor & team coach. Trey is a former TECC, Bowie & TxState Cheerleader. Along with our Junior Staff like Emma Day & Alyssa "Monkey" Barnett, TECC's Staff is second to none!!

We are also excited to announce that as of August 2013, one of our favorite former cheerleaders & staff, Brittany Calhoun, had returned from Lubbock & is back at TECC!! She'll be working in the office, teaching classes, and coaching the FireFox Rec Team!!

In August of 2011, the Millers welcomed their beautiful daughter, Addison Paige Miller, into the TECC Family. There is no greater perk to the job than being able to bring your daughter with you every single day and watch her imitate & learn from all of the kids you have been "raising" for the last 8 years. It has been a blessing to see things come full circle.
